I love working with people and being able to meet brand new people every time I work. Thus, building my people and professional skills.
What I wish was different
The one thing I wish that was different was how management created their schedules. That they upgraded from paper to an online scheduling.
Advice
One piece of advice I have would be if you are in a spot in life where you feel like you get uncomfortable to approach people and hold a conversation (especially for any job fair), then serving is the career choice you need to be involved with. This job has greatly increased my confidence and overall comfort when talking to anyone.
