“The environment, people, and the impact of my work! The work day was mostly relaxed, but had a sense of urgency when necessary. The start/end times of my work day were flexible, and the most important piece was to get the work done. The people are amazing! Funny, encouraging and supportive. They helped me learn the platform quickly, and gave me a sense of belonging immediately. The work isn't a walk in the park, but can be very rewarding.”
