What I liked
Working in operations for Recology gave me on-the-ground experience to learn more about the resource recovery industry and gain an appreciation for what those in this industry do on a daily basis to keep our communities clean. Being given a project to fully design and manage allowed me to work both autonomously and collaboratively with many stakeholders, which immensely enhanced my communication and organization skills.
