Working with children is so rewarding, plus the paperwork is understandable and doable. It's so interesting actually seeing results with clients.
What I wish was different
Training could have been a little more thorough, I felt a little in the dark when I transferred out of the center to in-home clients. However, my supervisor is super understanding, answers all my questions, and allows me leniency when I make mistakes due to lack of training.
Advice
Believe in your abilities! I didn't think I was qualified for this job but I nailed the interview and have been rocking this job ever since.
