Technology Infrastructure (TI) is one of nine teams within RBC Technology & Operations.
We are responsible for planning, developing, supporting, maintaining and delivering technology infrastructure services globally across all RBC lines of business. This includes everything from essential technology for RBC employees (such as phones, mobile devices, desktops and laptops) to critical technology supporting the global enterprise (including data centers, application servers, hybrid cloud, and our global network).
We maintain a focus on continually improving and evolving the services we offer, as well as enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness. How? Embracing digital transformation & innovation, an agile work environment and providing leading solutions within an efficient and secure environment.
