Raytheon's environment is very relaxed and the work schedule is very flexible. All of the employees are friendly and willing to help interns with their projects. I got to work with a lot of really cool programs, which was probably my favorite part.
What I wish was different
I ran out of things to do fairly often and since a lot of the people in my office had overbooked schedules, it took a while for me to get new projects.
Advice
Definitely make an effort to get to know the people you work with as they have great advice and are great people in general.
