The people at RJ were very welcoming and helpful. The firm as a whole did a great job of adjusting their internship program due to COVID-19.
What I wish was different
I wish the program was in person. This would have made it easier to meet everyone in the office and talk to people more casually. Overall, RJ has a great program.
Advice
Be openminded going into any internship. Just be flexible and know that people don't want to explain how to do something more than once, so pay attention from the start.
