I really enjoyed working with a diverse group of adolescents that had disabilities. We went on a lot of field trips and were always staying busy so one got bored.

What I liked
I loved working with a wide age range of children and taking them on really cool field trips around the metro Detroit area.

I wish that the counselors had better communication with our supervisor.
Advice
Remember to always have fun and that you are there for the kids, not to be friends with your co-workers. The friendships with them will form, but the campers are the focus!
