Camp Counselor

What I liked
Went to NY knowing no one, came back with some of the best friendships. Got to spend time doing something I love with amazing kids.
What I wish was different
Located in Adirondacks so have to travel far to get to real towns and cities.
Advice
Make every day count, the summer goes by so fast.

Camp Counselor

What I liked
I loved the girls at the camp, the other counselors and the location of the camp. I met some many people I still talk to and I still talk to the girls I spent 7 weeks with.
What I wish was different
I wish that the heads of the camp cared a little more about the counselors. I was injured during camp and I did not feel I was helped the way I should have been.
Advice
Remember that this camp gives you what you get out of it. Have as much fun as you can and you will be loved by the kids!
