What I wish was different
Aquatics department can sometimes seem a bit disorganized.
Advice
Keep in constant communication with the Aquatics Director regarding needs for time off, etc. Don't assume that because you mentioned it once, it is remembered. Also, be sure to line up substitutes as appropriate.
