What I liked

I loved the hands-on experience I got working with the People Strategy team. I got to work with various groups across the company, which led me to utilize the skills I was learning from the team to work with employees directly regarding leadership and management concerns. The team treated me like an equal, and I gained exposure to all aspects of the People Strategy role.

What I wish was different

I wish I could go into the office every day (this was not a company-specific issue, just lingering because of COVID).

What I liked

I loved working at this company! I truly learned so much and was given really impactful work. I felt like every single person I worked with genuinely wanted to help me, teach me, and see me succeed.

What I wish was different

I wish there was no COVID-19 pandemic so I could be in the office everyday!

What I liked

They were a great company to intern at that really made my experience great despite being entirely remote. They were highly organized and supportive, and I definitely learned a lot.

What I wish was different

I wish I was in person! I think they have a great company culture that I would have loved to experience in person.

Advice

I think it is very important to stay engaged and friendly and to make the most out of each opportunity that comes your way.
