I loved knowing that I was helping others. I received practice with excel and even did some additional research to create excel files for the company. I enjoyed making flyers for future events. From this experience I received a real sense of how companies trust you even when you may not trust yourself.
What I wish was different
The experience was all virtual. I wish it was in person so I could have made better connections and learned hands on. I believe I would have gotten better guidance with an in person experience. Being virtual made communication to be a difficult and long process.
Advice
One piece of advice I would give to someone considering this position would be to really want to make a change. Believe in your work and know that you're making a difference.
