Great atmosphere, lots of opportunity to give back to others and the camp itself.
What I wish was different
The pay is low due to the nature of the employer, and includes odd hours. Small management team overseeing a lot can lead to slowed response.
Advice
If you want to meet great people and give back this is a great way to do it. Experience will be more valuable to those seeking out Leadership and Teaching roles in their career.
