What I liked

I liked that it was hands on and we were able to meet various VPs of the company. It was interesting to learn how they got started into their career and what got them to Randa.

What I wish was different

There was a lack of communication within the offices, making it frustrating to have to work with. Especially when it came down to traveling into the NYC offices.

Advice

Make as connections as possible, there are many opportunities to engage with VPs and brands that Randa works with. Whether you end up working for them or not at least you can build some relationships.

What I liked

I loved the experience it gave me in my field. They really taught me well and allowed for me to ask questions, be in charge of projects, voice my opinions and such.

What I wish was different

I wouldn’t change a thing! I loved my experience at Randa!

Advice

Be open to new things every day! Even when you feel like you’re in the groove and start to know everything you need to know, new options are available every day. There’s always room for more creativity.
