I really loved the supportive atmosphere. Although we were remote they welcomed all interns with open arms. The team at RAINN really empowered us and our creativity. The internship was also very structured and felt what I was doing had a purpose.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more individual projects, paid and in-person. It being paid would have allowed me to put more hours and energy into the work.

What I liked
The organization is also wonderful and the atmosphere in the office was incredibly welcoming and supportive.
What I wish was different
I do wish that the internship had been more structured. There were some days I had nothing to do and others that there was too much. However, that's also partly the nature of the work.
