What I liked
Rainbows Kids' Point is a great opportunity to work with kiddos aged 0-5, both typically developing and those with special needs. I loved the experience and the support towards my future career as an SLP.
What I wish was different
Occasionally Rainbows had been understaffed, but if you communicate your schedule well and explain your needs, they will do their best to be accommodating.
Advice
I would highly recommend that you have childcare experience before this job. It can be overwhelming to take care of an entire classroom if you have little to no experience with kids.

What I wish was different
I wish camp could go all year long!
Advice
This job was very mentally challenging, you have to learn how to respond and provide care to children who have moderate-severe disabilities.
