What I wish was different
I joined the team in the infancy of the Bulgarian branch of RFE/RL, so I would have liked for the office space and general span of the service to have been more established.
Advice
Be ready to be at full productivity from 9 to 5, and keep working at home. There's a reason this is a prestigious organization known for its rigorous journalism.
