Financial Analyst Intern

June - August 2019 • Idaho Falls, ID

What I liked

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Rabo Agrifinance (RAF). From being flown out to RAF's North American HQ in St. Louis, to the awesome team located here in Idaho Falls, my experience was top notch. The office made me feel part of the team from start to finish of the program. I enjoyed the structure of the internship and loved the hands on experience I was able to gain. Great company and even better people!

What I liked

I was fully exposed to how the loan process works. My mentor assigned work for me throughout the summer which kept me busy.

I would have liked to visit and speak with more clients. Most of the work of a financial analyst is done at a desk in an office.

Advice

Ask to help out others on projects or credit applications.

What I liked

There was a very learning centered environment throughout the entire internship, focused on bettering myself.

There wasn't enough work for me at all times. I enjoyed what I was doing, but there was too much down time in my opinion.
