RA Materials has been serving the Texas Hill Country for over 20 years supplying homeowners and contractors. We know the landscape business and want to help our customers fulfill their project needs. We are passionate and enthusiastic about desert plants. We carry plants that are adapted to the local area, are cold hardy and drought tolerant. We even stock the necessary supplies to install an entire desertscape project (stone, boulders, soil, gravel, mulch, edging, landscape fabric etc.)
Our facility includes a nursery, retail materials yard, aggregate wash plant, and a mining facility. While we quarry our gravel from the deposits left from the Guadalupe River, we always do it responsibly. Our wash plant reuses approximately 80% of water captured in large retention ponds to reduce water usage. We capture 100% of the rainwater that falls on our impervious work area and reuse this water in our plant. Our 137 acres is home to a large amount of wildlife including whitetail deer, axis deer, foxes, bobcats, and many birds.
