Great work environment and great coworkers. Got to work on updating templates for renewals/quoting. Was a great opportunity to learn excel to a high level. Worked with excel sheets and created/updated macros.
What I wish was different
Worked during a slower period, which was great while learning but ended up not giving a full idea of the workload of an underwriter.
Advice
This internship is definitely what you make of it. It's a great chance to demonstrate what you know and further your understanding. You get more out of the experience if you put more effort into it.
