What I liked

I like the work environment and the people I work with. I'm able to learn new things everyday and work on meaningful projects that actually impact the company as a whole. I've learned more here than in the classroom by a long shot and if you get an opportunity to work here definitely take it.

What I wish was different

I cannot think of anything I wish would be different. I love everything about what I do here so far.

Advice

Go to job fairs and put yourself out there. Also, keep an open mind going in and always be ready to learn. One of the main things I've learned here is that this field requires you to learn everyday and you always need to be on your toes.

Honestly I can't think of anything negative to say. Quadrus Corporation has helped me learn so much hands on regarding my career field.

What I liked

I like the atmosphere, because everyone is laid back, yet very professional. Everyone works well together to accomplish a common goal, and are all willing to help each other when needed. The company as a whole is driven to improve. As an intern, I am pushed to become better and to learn new skills not only for my role now, but also for the roles I may have in the future.

What I liked

I liked the company culture as well as the experience and the connections I gained. I personally started as an intern. I learned things in my field as well as helped the company learn things that I did experience and learned at UAH. The Director of Corporate Development, Cassie Watson Scott, saw the potential in me and gave me many projects to basically prove my worth and I loved every single moment. It gave me creative freedom and a platform to make my presence in the company known. I did so well after my summer and fall internship that they offered me a full time position once I graduated May of 2019.

What I wish was different

Nothing, everything about this company is special and I couldn't have experienced nothing like my role now in any other corporation.

Advice

Network with your classmates, go to seminars, got to jobs fairs. You never know who is what position and who knows who. If it wasn't for someone I got familiar with while taking classes at UAH I wouldn't be at the job I am at now!
