What I liked

I absolutely loved the company. It is composed of young professionals who are all deeply motivated - especially my programmatic team. I have always been a hard worker with a stong work ethic, but working here in programmatic trading made me an even stronger employee. I learned so much. It was my favorite of 3 Drexel 6-month co-ops.

What I wish was different

Employee happiness was high at the agency, but people tended to leave because of low/average pay.

Advice

Always ask questions. Feed off of the energy from others and yours will grow as well. Stay hungry and innovative.

Great people, work was interesting, lots of exposure and experience, ability to network

What I wish was different

Interns don't get desks, wish that was different because it's hard trying to be productive when constantly worrying about seating arrangement

Advice

Ask a lot of questions and be patient. The work fluctuates between being busy and not busy and managing your time is very important.

What I liked

The Publicis Health Internship Program does a fantastic job by allowing you to gain real-world experience in an agency, and work collaboratively across departments and agencies on an internship project. Expect real client work and to be treated as a valued member of the team. PHM is a vibrant, young company with passionate people.

Advice

Let your curiosity be your guide. Reach out to other roles within Publicis Health, and take the time to connect with people. Prove to yourself and others that you’re meant to be there and show you care - it’s what sets you apart.

Business Intelligence Intern

What I liked

I loved the company culture; we were encouraged to be ourselves and ask questions. My team did a great job of training and getting me hands on experience.

What I wish was different

I wish that during on-boarding there was more of an introduction to the client I was working on. I had to do my own background research and I think that a few sessions about the client from Publicis's perspective could have been very beneficial.

Advice

My advice is to try to learn as much as possible about the company. There are so many different teams and roles within Publicis, and those teams are constantly working together. Getting a good grasp of the company's orientation and functions will give you a leg up.
