I enjoy working as a contact tracer as I am able to assist other people affected by the covid-19 pandemic. I gained an immense knowledge of how the virus operates and affects an individual and what methods we can use to prevent the spread of the virus.

What I liked
I loved the people I worked with. I had a supportive and great team. I also like how steep the learning curve was; I learned a lot of skills in a small period of time.
What I wish was different
I wish I'd gotten to travel with the BAs more, I felt removed from our clients and projects.

Came into the internship not really knowing what the company did or what I would be doing, so having a more specified internship application and offer to at least know which sector I'm on/what kinds of work I'd be doing

Take initiative of your own projects and don't be afraid to ask questions!
