What I wish was different
Sink or swim environment, so you have to put a lot of effort adjusting in th beginning, but it’s worth it
Advice
Don’t take yourself too seriously and never be afraid to speak up. Having so much responsibility with deliverables, the company wants you to think as an employee and provide ideas, struggles, and other things about cases!
