Prosperous Goods had a good environment that encouraged learning and growth. Teamwork and problem solving as a team were encouraged, two heads are always better than one! We also went on company walks every day which was awesome as a team-building exercise and a de-stressor.
What I wish was different
I wish the pay was better but who doesn't? Overall it was a good experience but honestly wish I was given more responsibility.
