What I liked
The company culture, my involvement with the team and my ability to work both independantly and with others.
What I wish was different
I wish the industry was different. The company is in biotechnology and life sciences. Although it was a fantastic learning experience and challenge, I felt limited by my lack of science background.
Advice
To be authentic, honest and brave! You will only get what you want out of an experience if you make it happen.
