I had a wonderful experience. I learned so much about the agile and scrum environments, and I loved my boss and mentor. I had a mentor who would help me learn anything I didn’t know.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time on that team. I got offered a position on another team as a result of that internship because the team I was working on couldn’t get approval to get another headcount for their team.
Advice
Put yourself out there. I decided to try for this internal internship opportunity and happened to be the only qualified candidate for the role which was really cool. I would recommend to submit an application whether you feel qualified or not. I certainly didn’t feel very qualified when I applied. I would also recommend to try the hardest thing available, because it will help you grow the most.
