This company lacks communication, management, care, and respect. Many policies are broken due to the fact that staff are too lazy to do work that keeps clients safe and healthy. Management wont due anything about it because they are so understaffed they cant afford to fire anyone. Everyone in Whitewater knows this company is a joke, they will hire anyone, so if you like to sit on your butt for 8 hours and get paid, then welcome to the team. However, they will burn you out and use you for all your energy.
