The business culture and the environment were really great! The whole team took the time to make sure I was learning from daily tasks, and was included on a lot of projects. I love that I can be in class this semester and apply what I learned in my internship to the class assignments and lessons.
What I wish was different
I do wish that I had received a formal set of expectations for my position before I started in order to eliminate any ambiguity and surprises.
Advice
Try new things! I never thought I would be working for an audio visual company- I know nothing about AV- but it was such a cool experience, and I learned so much more than I did in my last management internship I'm really glad I took this opportunity and am so grateful for it.
