The people and the culture were great. Eager to help me learn and explain the industry. The hands on aspect of the job was great, I enjoyed working primarily on construction sites or at other existing buildings.
What I wish was different
Due to Covid there were only three other interns and Pritchett did not host the usual group intern activities which would have been fun.
