The work environment and the support generated from managers. Also the amount of experience and knowledge gained from training and paid for licensing helped better understand the field and how to help the middle class.
What I wish was different
Less mandatory training after being fully licensed and higher frequency of appointments (also was hard while taking classes)
Advice
That anybody can thrive with this business if you are passionate about helping people become debt free and retire early by allocating money. It comes down to being a people person and possessing soft skills and intrinsic motivators
