What I wish was different
The commute in the greater Chicago area was terrible. I wish my apartment was closer to my work.
Advice
This might be true with all places of work, but Primera was more than happy to train me on the skills I did not have but needed for my job. Don't worry if you feel under qualified. Just apply and show you are good at working with a team.
