While it is a good job, since they are able to work with your school schedule and offer a variety of incentives, you quickly relize you have to keep pursuing school because retail is not a solid industry if one has long term goals.

What I liked
They always have welcomed my ideas and implemented them into the business. They have involved me in big business decisions as the company has grown and the atmosphere is full of hard-working, kind people!
What I wish was different
Their original location closer to my home was flooded out during the Great Nebraska Flood of March 2019, which forced them to move to a temporary location further away.
Advice
Don’t be afraid to share your ideas, because as an outsider you view the company and their practices in a different way than someone who is involved much deeper.
