It challenged me to do administrative work that I hadn't done before and create, plan, and execute events for 1,000+ people.
What I wish was different
The work environment was rough. My boss didn't even know my name until two weeks before I left even though I was the backbone of all the fine details of the projects. Because I was a background person, I didn't get recognized at all.
Advice
Relationships are crucial to a positive, healthy working environment. Make sure it stays that way. Constructive criticism is important, but so is positive feedback.

Incredibly passionate staff with focus set on the main thing: the Gospel. Wonderful coworkers who I still meet up with and speak to.
