I loved my bosses because they made their workers feel appreciated. I also loved my coworkers, they were always there to support me.
What I wish was different
I can not think of anything that I wish could have been different. I had a great experience with this institution.
Advice
I advise others who wish to work here that it is important to work as a team. If you are falling behind on a task don't be afraid to reach out to other staff members for help. We work together to give the residents the best service possible

I really enjoyed the welcoming and engaging environment. Serving food to the elderly and waiting on tables was a wonderful experience and I was able to hear lots of incredible stories.

I like how the nursing home is well staffed compared to other places. They are flexible with scheduling training as well.

I wish there was more guidance or more communication with management.
Advice
Be sure that you can work the days you sign up for because there is a 6 month commitment period before you are able to switch your core shift.
