I enjoyed the work environment and my coworkers. I enjoyed taking on new projects and being able to use my organizational and writing skills.
What I wish was different
I wish my schedule had been a little more structured, and I wish I had more interaction with the students we were serving.
Advice
Learn all you can from the learning model. I applied what I learned to myself and my education and to life in general. They teach really great principles of being self-motivated to learn and using your own potential to overcome hard things.
