I liked the people I worked with as well as the company itself. Everyone was very welcoming and helped me with anything I needed.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been able to spend more time with the company, I have to leave earlier than other interests due to my school's schedule.
Advice
I would advise to apply for internships that may not necessarily be what you want to do as a job, you might find something that you really like and it is good work experience.

What I liked
This company is still small but rapidly growing. It has a start-up culture that encourages every employee to be creative and come up with ideas that could improve their systems. I now work full time with the training department and have had a lot of creative freedom. This culture also means that everyone is encouraged to learn new things, on the job.
Everyone at the company is very kind. From my first day, my coworkers warmly welcomed me and valued me. They nurtured my strengths and gave me the chance to grow in areas where I had little experience.
What I wish was different
Because the company is growing and still has a start-up culture, many new projects are trail-blazing efforts. This is good because it is exciting and lets team members influence the project, but at times can be overwhelming because there can be many logistics to build out for the first time.
Advice
Ask questions about things that you are interested in! Speak up if you are very curious about what another department is working on, and you will likely be able to get involved or at least sit in on meetings.
