I loved the people there. Knowing that I had the chance to help or at least brighten the day of our patients was awesome. I absolutely loved that aspect of the job.
What I wish was different
The organization and communication between corporate and branches could be significantly improved.
Advice
Don’t overestimate your ability to change people, but never hesitate to help in however you can.

I wish the company was not facing internal chaos because it affected the Springdale office. The workers were great but now the company no longer exists in Arkansas.
