My manager wasn't too organized, so I would get my schedule only a few days before I was scheduled to work. I wish they were more organized where I knew my weeks' schedule or 2 weeks in advance.

What I liked
I was able to meet new people at work and being open minded with customer service needs. I was able to enhance my skills in this fast pace environment.
