Computer lab assistant

What I liked
Being able to assist other students with computer problems. Helping out at the front desk . Answering the phone for technical problems then writing out a ticket for the problem, then handing the ticket to one of my coordinator.
What I wish was different
I wish I got paid a higher wage than 11.25 an hour. and was able to work extra hours.
Advice
You will experience working with different culture people and you have to know how to greet yourself and be sure that they understand the duties of the job to when you work with people of a different culture.

What I liked
The work environment is incredibly supportive and the position enables you to expand interpersonal skills and engage with new students, working as a facilitator to their early college experiences. Absolutely loved my time as a Peer Advisor and student leader.
