My boss and team are the best team to work with in the entire company. The intern position is essentially two full-time jobs at other OEMs and required me to wear multiple hats and learn how to manage expectations, deadlines and relationships.
What I wish was different
Nothing. Best experience I could have asked for.
Advice
There is no BYU network at PCNA, so you will need to leave a lasting and positive impression. The intern position itself is atypical in that it is constantly revolving every six months and you will be stretched and required to learn as you go. Fantastic experience and 100% recommend it if you are looking to really grow rather than have the standard 8-12 week project that provides little/no real organizational impact.
