As a team member at Pondering Gardens I have learned so many new skills. Chadd takes the time to train his employees in a way that will allow them to be successful. I really enjoy this job because you don't do the same thing everyday. One day you maybe installing rock and edging and the next day you maybe building a retaining wall. Equipment is always well clean and well maintained. This is a physical job but its very rewarding to step back a look at the masterpiece you and your team created.
