What I liked

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and culture of the PLSG, LLC office. Every person that I met and spoke with (at other branches) was always so friendly and willing to help me. They definitely pride themselves on the community that they have built among all of their branches, as well as their clients. The people in the office were constantly teaching and exposing me to new things.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had shadowed the attorneys more. I interned with them at the same office two summers ago and I had more opportunity to sit in on depositions and court then compared to this past summer. I also wish that I had the opportunity to meet or speak with the partners, especially Sam Pond, because the interns in Philadelphia were able to network with him on some level.

Advice

One piece of advice that I would like to share from this experience is to put yourself out there! Do not be afraid to ask questions both about work and about people's career paths. A few of the people that I worked with offered some very insightful career advice and went through similar experiences that I am currently going through now.
