Manufacturing Intern

“Great team: I had a chance to work around engineers, group leaders, supervisors and managers to provide answer to issues related to the safety, quality, deliver and cost of materials, equipment and process. Also, I had a chance to participate in Kaizen initiatives. The best of all is to work around great people. They do care about you, and you feel welcome every time. Great social involvement: Polaris is also an example to the community. I had a chance to participate in the PolarisGives - a philanthropic initiative to help children, hospitals, and other programs while biding Polaris products. PolarisUniversity: It is an internal library to obtain training and got a certification in some aspects. I had a chance to obtain my certification from how to ride side by side, snowmobiles, and the famous slingshot - along with other office certifications. They also have the in-person training for the ATV's”
