What I liked
The culture is super inclusive and everybody is so supportive in the company that cross-functional communication is like breathing. Then internship is well designed where there are millions of activities you could build connections with your intern fellas and get to know the company values. The management is pretty flat where you could easily talk to executives and make an impact easily. The working environment is efficiency-oriented, treating each individual as a human being instead of a working machine, and nurtures cooperation and personal growth.
