What I liked

I liked that I only worked part time, I got to pick my scheduled times to work. It was always busy and I liked that I got to spend time with children.

What I wish was different

I wish that the daycare floor plan was different, the nap room and classroom were far apart making complications.

My advice would be ready to take criticism from parents and know that you can always rely on your boss to make changes.
