I liked the simplicity of the job and the amount of break time.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been trained better when I started. I figured most of things out as I went along, and still didn't know some things by the time I had finished.
Advice
I worked third shift at Plymouth Foam. My one piece of advice is to take care of yourself both physically and mentally. Third shift means always being awake when it is dark out, so the days tend to blend together and drag on. Physical exercise and doing things you enjoy when you aren't working make it bearable.

What I wish was different
I wish they let me work over time since there was so much to get done.

Put yourself out there and join committees and teams to get involved in the company.
