The technician team. I worked with the same guys at another AV company years back. Good rapport and well-greased cohesion.
What I wish was different
Toxic environment. Organization, leadership, procurement and achievement processes. Quality of workmanship needs to be better. Work ethic from peers could've been better. No yearly bonus or salary renegotiation based on performance reviews; yearly rate does not keep up with inflation.
Advice
3 of us left. One remained. I heard they hired a new guy and he sent in his letter of resignation the following day; citing the commute being too much. I don't think it was the commute.

What I liked
My coworkers at PlusAI were phenomenal. They were incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. They helped me define my own project, understand the organization's mission, and figure out how my contribution fit into the bigger picture. I learned a lot about front end web development and proud that I built a useful tool that they could use for their data annotations!
What I wish was different
Honestly I can't think of anything. Housing, airfare, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all provided. We had a company vacation, badminton on Tuesdays, basketball on Thursdays, and they celebrated our birthdays!
Advice
You should definitely know a good bit of Chinese before working here. Most of the engineers don't speak very good English.
