Since our founding in 1955, Pleasant View Retirement Community has been an integral part of Manheim, Pennsylvania. Beginning as a residential nursing home on a family farm, Pleasant View evolved into a trusted continuing care retirement community.
Today, Pleasant View is home to more than 400 residents, and has become a vital part of Lancaster County.
Our campus offers a feeling of community complimented by the 108 acres and 1.2 miles of jogging/walking trails that weave throughout the scenic views of the surrounding farmlands. Bells chime, breezes rustle the leaves on the trees, residents and community members head to the Town Square Health Club for classes or a swim, employees and family gather with residents for lunch in the Cafe or stop for coffee in the Gathering Place after a Sunday service.
