It definitely isn't an easy job but was a job a thoroughly enjoyed. You get to have fun, get close with other staff members, and get to share the Gospel. If you choose to work here, it will change your life. I have worked here as the Counselor, Faith and Family Coordinator, and Program Director, so there is room for growth.
What's different about PHOC? The culture is still growing so you actually get to be apart of that.

Camp is chaotic, so be flexible. Things usually don't go as planned so be ready for things to change fast and unexpected. Also, put yourself out there.

What I liked
I liked that it was challenging, yet very rewarding at the same time. It wasn't the most high paying job, but it definitely paid off in other ways.

Organization within different aspects could've been better.

Don't make every job you take all about money. Sometimes, the experience pays more.
